About Flash Dryer

Spin flash dryer is a kind of continuous drying equipment which is mainly used to dry products such as paste, filter cake and powder etc. The residence time of materials in dryer is very short. Thus it can be used to dry high temperature and even process some thermal sensitive materials.

This dryer requires not so large installation space and is easy to maintain and repair and also convenient to clean the inside.

Constructions & Features 

Spin Flash dryer is composed of blower, hot air furnace, flash main frame, bag filter and so on. And the main machine is made up of base, feeder, windbox, agitator, tank, and hood etc.

Fed by screw feeder, wet products enter to flash dryer from the bottom part. Fresh air, heated by heater, also enters into the drying chamber in tangent direction. There products will be dried quickly by hot air vortex enforced by agitator.

Fine powders will be discharged to cyclone separator through classifier ring from top of the drying chamber. Dry products are discharged by automatic discharger at the bottom of cyclone separator. Exhaust air will be discharged by fan. Bigger particles will be returned to the dryer and there be dried again.
