Working Principle:

The hot air enters the main tower of the quick spin flash dryer with gas-heating from the air inlet at the bottom of the main unit, and forms a spiral rising high-speed rotating airflow in the main tower. At the same time, the drying machine can adjust the size of the bottom annulus according to different material properties, so that the wind speed is in the best suitable state. The material enters the flash drying tower directly through the screw feeder, and is rapidly dispersed and rotated at high speed with the air flow under the impact and driving of the high-speed airflow. For relatively large and moist pellets, the high velocity airflow is not sufficient to break and rotate at high speed, thus gradually falling under the force of gravity. When it is dropped to the bottom of the main machine, the crushing device disposed at the bottom is forced to be broken and micronized, and then the high-speed airflow is continuously rotated to complete the drying process. In order to make the final moisture of the material extremely low and not affect the product quality due to the fluctuation of the initial moisture, we set up a multi-layer cyclone in the drying tower to form a relatively stable fluidized bed, and the swirling sheet also guarantees The residence time and grading required for drying.
